Key Responsibilities
- Oversee power scheduling and coordinate operational processes related to power trading.
- Manage transactions involving power exchanges and bilateral agreements effectively.
- Liaise with State and Regional Load Dispatch Centers (SLDCs, RLDCs), clients, generators, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and handle schedule adherence, revisions, approvals, and maintain regulatory compliance rigorously.
- Provide support for daily operational tasks linked to power trading transactions.
- Guarantee punctual execution of operational workflows while complying with regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of practical experience in power sector operations and scheduling activities.
- Sound knowledge of Open Access models, STOA/MTOA, Power Exchanges, and associated regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of scheduling methodologies and electricity market functioning.
- Excellent abilities in coordination, communication, and problem-solving.
- Capable of handling multiple operational responsibilities efficiently under tight deadlines.
