The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) provides essential support to one or multiple Relationship Managers (RM) or Group Heads (GH) by managing daily operations, client service, and administrative tasks. The ARM serves as a liaison between internal teams and clients, delivering relevant information and aiding the RM in tailoring client solutions. Acting as a role model, the ARM ensures top-quality, prompt, and courteous service, which helps expand and maintain the team's client portfolio. Additionally, the ARM channels client feedback to appropriate departments to promote ongoing enhancements and process agility within the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist RMs/GHs in client interactions, handling systems, procedures, documentation, and other related activities with accuracy and timely responses.
  • Customize client requests such as reporting, statistics, and mailings.
  • Manage calendars for RMs/GHs, prepare for client meetings, organize business travel, and complete administrative follow-up after client interactions or trips.
  • Prepare presentations, support drafting investment proposals, and assist with marketing activities, including client receptions, meetings, events, and trips.
