Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Bring 7 to 10 years of experience with knowledge of the aviation sector or activities involving aviation authorities.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, effective problem-solving, and a proactive outlook toward future developments.
- Possess a strong grasp of project management fundamentals.
- Exhibit adaptability and flexibility combined with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Communicate effectively and work well within teams, alongside proficient MS Office technical skills.
- Preferably have professional fluency in Arabic.
- Maintain a clear understanding of aviation sector performance indicators and assess departmental progress.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with technical teams such as ANSP and Regulatory bodies to monitor strategic initiatives and resolve technical queries.
- Regularly evaluate and recommend updates to strategic and operational KPIs in line with changing business and regulatory landscapes.
- Focus on executing strategic initiatives within technical and business departments.
- Collaborate with initiative leaders to develop scopes of work for new strategic projects.
- Assist in preparing periodic strategy and operations management information system (MIS) reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials in disciplines such as Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics from reputable universities.
