Position Overview

We are recruiting an Associate in Instructional Design responsible for crafting, delivering, ensuring quality, and maintaining e-learning training resources related to Cogstate products and workforce development. This role involves transforming content provided by internal subject matter experts into engaging, professionally refined training modules that teach external professionals about Central Nervous System (CNS) assessment techniques within clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform and polish content from scientific SMEs into high-quality e-learning courses and other training materials while adhering to company branding and process guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback regularly to improve course content.
• Ensure all deliverables meet accuracy, quality, and timeliness standards.
• Participate in peer reviews to uphold quality in courses developed by colleagues.
• Update course content in line with new product releases or software patches.
• Create and revise PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Keep current with updates and new features in Articulate Storyline 360, including AI tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven advanced proficiency with Storyline 360, with preferred experience using its AI capabilities.
• Three to five years of experience in e-learning development.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 USD annually.
