Role Description

We are looking to hire Backend Customer Service Associates for a hotel booking process involving no voice communication. Freshers with HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) and graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have excellent English communication skills to effectively manage backend customer service operations.

Job Details and Working Conditions

• This is a backend process with no voice interaction.
• Salary ranges between 18,000 and 22,000 INR monthly.
• Additional performance bonus of 2,750 INR applicable under terms and conditions.
• Travel allowance of 3,500 INR provided as per terms and conditions.
• Work schedule is five days a week with fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
• Single shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, subject to terms and conditions.
• Work location is in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
