Role Overview

The Bar Back position at Three Bites Later is a full-time on-site role located in Ras Al Khaimah. Responsibilities include assisting bartenders by replenishing drinks, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies, ensuring the bar area remains tidy, orderly, and ready for service. Daily duties consist of bar setup before service, cleaning and washing glassware, refilling ice and mixers, and supporting basic food and beverage preparation. Additionally, the role encompasses helping with stocktaking, receiving deliveries, and adhering to hygiene, safety, and responsible service protocols. The Bar Back collaborates closely with bartenders and servers to provide prompt and friendly service and ensure smooth operations throughout each shift.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication capabilities to engage professionally with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including bar setup, hygiene standards, and correct handling of products.
• Willingness to undergo training, learn bar procedures, and share best practices with peers.
• Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or hospitality roles preferred.
