Role Overview

The Barista position is a full-time, on-site role based in Tunstall, England. This role involves preparing and serving a range of coffee and tea beverages in compliance with Starbucks standards. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment is essential. Responsibilities also include greeting customers warmly, processing orders and payments efficiently, and delivering friendly and prompt service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Clear and effective communication skills for interactions with customers and team members.
• Understanding of food preparation and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
