Billing Executive

Overview

Dashmesh Medicos is seeking a committed and meticulous Billing Executive to oversee billing activities at our retail location in Jalandhar, Punjab. The ideal candidate must be familiar with Catpro Billing Software and demonstrate accuracy in billing while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices using Catpro Billing Software.
• Process various payment methods including cash, UPI, and cards.
• Ensure precise billing and maintain records of daily transactions.
• Address customer inquiries related to billing efficiently.
• Validate product pricing, discounts, and ongoing promotions during billing.
• Compile and update daily sales documentation.
• Collaborate with store personnel to facilitate smooth operational flow.
• Maintain a clean and professional billing counter environment.

Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge of Catpro Billing Software.
• Basic computer proficiency and billing skills.
• Strong numerical aptitude and calculation skills.
• Honesty, politeness, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.
• Good communication abilities and customer service orientation.

Shift Timings and Compensation

• 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM shift (12 hours) offering ₹16,000 plus incentives.
• 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift (9 hours) offering ₹12,000 plus incentives.
• 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift (6 hours) offering ₹8,000 plus incentives.
