Job Overview
As a BPO Telecaller at Sifa Ayurveda, your primary role will be to connect with potential customers through outbound calls. You will be responsible for introducing and explaining Ayurvedic products and services, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Maintaining regular follow-ups with interested clients and professionally addressing their queries will be essential. Additionally, you will be required to update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
