Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Business Analyst is responsible for assessing the identified business requirements and investigating potential solutions while factoring in best practices and operational constraints. This role involves active participation throughout the full project lifecycle including analysis, configuration, implementation, training, and providing ongoing support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, examine, and document business requirements thoroughly;
• Deliver necessary support and assistance;
• Manage and coordinate project deployment and execution;
• Advocate for value-added solutions aligned with organizational objectives;
• Organize and conduct user training sessions when required;
• Create detailed process mappings to visualize workflows.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a comparable blend of education and experience;
• At least five years of experience in a similar analyst role;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Visio;
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is considered advantageous;
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities;
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities;
• High attention to detail with process-focused mindset;
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, independence, and adaptability;
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure collaborating with stakeholders across various departments and levels.
