Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements to support project objectives.
• Developing process flows, workflow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria to clarify project specifications.
• Collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Analyzing data thoroughly for validation, investigation, and to underpin business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately three years of experience working as a Business Analyst or comparable role, preferably within financial services, credit business, private equity, or investment operations.
• Profound knowledge of SQL and competency in handling data for various analytical tasks.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data flows, and their role in business processes and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills necessary for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest or prior experience in financial services sectors such as banking, insurance, investments, or credit is advantageous.
