Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate at Aditya Birla Capital Limited based in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for understanding client insurance requirements and providing tailored solutions. This role involves client interaction, policy recommendations, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the insurance needs of clients through discussions and meetings.
- Clearly articulate various insurance products and coverage choices to clients.
- Advise clients on appropriate insurance policies aligned with their financial circumstances and objectives.
- Support clients with insurance application processes and the necessary documentation.
- Keep client information current by maintaining accurate records.
- Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with clients for long-term engagement.
- Provide post-sale services, including policy renewals and assistance with claims.
- Continuously update knowledge on insurance regulations, company policies, and industry trends.
- Lead and recruit team members, supporting team growth and management.
