Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and text, ensuring top-notch client service.
  • Initiate outbound cold calls, emails, and texts to prospective customers to create new business leads.
  • Accurately maintain and update customer and sales information in CRM platforms.
  • Prioritize and organize tasks effectively to meet business development objectives.
  • Assist the sales department with administrative duties, report generation, and data handling.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Drive, Excel, and Outlook for communication and document management.
  • Work collaboratively to sustain efficient dealership operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Occasionally cover front reception duties including greeting clients in a friendly manner, managing mail and deliveries, keeping the reception tidy, and performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, handling debit and cash payments, and providing refreshments.

Work Hours
