Business Development Executive

Job Overview

The position of Business Development Executive is open at Jojo International Private Limited, located at Whitefield, Bengaluru. This role focuses on expanding the company's overseas placement services particularly in the hospitality sector.

Primary Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business prospects for international placement services.
• Establish partnerships with Hotel Management Colleges and Institutes by visiting them and engaging with clients directly.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues during client interactions and presentations.
• Manage professional communication through client calls and consistent follow-ups related to manpower and overseas job requirements.
• Identify and secure new overseas clientele in the hospitality industry.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews for candidates with overseas clients.
• Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Graduation is preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or sales is mandatory.
• Excellent command of English communication skills is required.
• Preference will be given to female candidates who speak Kannada.
• Experience in client management, educational partnerships, recruitment, hospitality, or overseas placements is advantageous.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and relationship management are crucial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
• Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month.
• Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and annual bonuses.
