Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to assigned clientele and engage in professional conversations.
• Assess customer requirements and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Consistently meet set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of communications and results.
• Persistently follow up on cases until resolution is achieved.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th standard (PU) or currently enrolled/having completed undergraduate studies.
• No prior work experience required; freshers and dropouts are encouraged.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in telephone interactions.
• Basic proficiency with computers including typing and system usage.
• Multilingual ability, including English and regional Indian languages, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly payment ranging between 18,000 and 22,000 INR.
