About the Role

Join an ambitious international FMCG company expanding its footprint in Ireland as a Business Development Executive within a dynamic and high-performing commercial team. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement client development programmes focused on strengthening partnerships and boosting business expansion.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of client data within the CRM system to support effective reporting and uphold data quality.
  • Track business development efforts, prepare KPI reports, and identify areas for performance enhancement.
  • Provide administrative and project assistance across various commercial activities.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as necessary.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Possess a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Have at least three years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or a comparable commercial role.
  • Understand principles of key account management and client relationship cultivation.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to effectively balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience within the FMCG sector is highly advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities with confidence to build rapport across all organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience crafting detailed reports and presentations.
