Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executives based in Noida who enjoy engaging with people and aspire to grow in sales, business development, or HR consulting. This role offers fresh MBA, BBA, and graduate candidates an opportunity to gain practical experience in B2B sales, client interactions, and the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact potential clients via phone calls and LinkedIn to introduce Bizaccenknnect’s recruitment services.
- Identify and comprehend clients' basic hiring needs.
- Qualify leads effectively and arrange meetings for the senior Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of lead information and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to understand the complete sales lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
- Fresh MBA or BBA graduates looking to build a career in sales or business development.
- Graduates with an interest in sales or business development domains.
- Individuals with previous experience or knowledge in recruitment or staffing will be preferred.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong English communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Confidence during telephonic conversations.
- A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills to engage clients effectively.
