About the Role
This position is for a Business Documentation Specialist working on contract with a flexible remote schedule, dedicating 10 to 40 hours a week. The role involves creating and refining realistic business tasks and scenarios using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The work centers around simulating complex business environments akin to those in Fortune 500 companies through interaction with language models and evaluating AI-generated business solutions for practical relevance and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Design sophisticated business scenarios and tasks utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to mimic realistic corporate challenges.
- Conduct prompt-based dialogues with AI language models to replicate Fortune 500 business decision-making contexts.
- Assess AI outputs for correctness, practicality, and alignment with real-world business needs.
- Create comprehensive evaluations to identify AI model capabilities, shortcomings, and areas for enhancement.
- Assist in developing financial models, executive-level presentations, strategic plans, and data-driven reports.
- Document findings meticulously and provide clear, actionable feedback aimed at improving AI business documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven robust experience in business environments such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, retail, or related sectors.
- Highly skilled in advanced functionalities of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create intricate models, presentations, and reports.
- Experience involved in project support or leadership in strategic, operational, sales, marketing, finance, or HR capacities, ideally within Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to construct detailed and challenging business use cases representing high-impact office deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating feedback and documenting processes clearly.
Additional Information
