Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated candidates for the position of BPO Telecaller specializing in outbound processes, located at Viman Nagar, Pune. This is a full-time role based entirely at the office premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally managing both inbound and outbound calls from customers.
- Addressing customer inquiries accurately and providing precise information.
- Communicating effectively in Marathi, Hindi, along with basic proficiency in English.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or any graduate degree.
- Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Average communication abilities in Marathi and Hindi; basic English communication is acceptable.
- Preference for candidates available for immediate joining.
