Job Overview
We are seeking a Call Center Executive to handle a substantial volume of incoming and outgoing calls from existing and potential customers interested in our services. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing information about services, and facilitating sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a large number of inbound and outbound calls concerning service inquiries and sales.
- Efficiently utilize the CRM system and other relevant portals to manage customer interactions.
- Employ fundamental sales techniques to identify customer requirements, gather information, and promote our services.
- Record customer details accurately and generate orders within the CRM system.
Candidate Eligibility
Applications are open to individuals capable of managing high call volumes and demonstrating basic sales aptitude.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 17,000 to 22,000 INR.
