Role Overview

You will be instrumental in developing an intelligent notification framework geared toward delivering personalized and impactful customer communications. This role focuses on transforming strategic notification designs into functional HTML content and managing campaign executions to enhance user engagement effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and test HTML components for Email and Rich Push Notifications to ensure robustness and responsiveness.
• Maintain and update the HTML component library, ensuring compatibility across multiple devices and email clients.
• Design HTML elements adhering strictly to accessibility standards for inclusive communication.
• Drive communication improvements through systematic testing strategies, personalization, and analytics to boost user experience.
• Document marketing technology processes and notification workflows thoroughly to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
• Establish and contribute to a center of excellence focused on email and digital content delivery methodologies.
• Oversee and refine content delivery processes end-to-end for continuous improvement.
• Utilize basic SQL queries and data analysis to segment customer groups for targeted messaging.
• Collaborate within a closely-knit team to facilitate a seamless self-serve digital platform for ANZ Plus users.

Technical and Professional Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS tailored for email development environments.
• Experience working directly with marketing teams, demonstrating effective stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with marketing technology and automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, PEGA, or ORACLE Responsys.
• Attention to detail to ensure premium quality in customer notifications and campaigns.
• Deep understanding of notification systems, marketing technologies, and customer experience dynamics.
• Commitment to developing best-in-class campaign delivery processes under a fast-paced test-and-learn approach.
