Responsibilities

• Provide practical training sessions in both classical and contemporary European pastry and baking methods.
• Execute demonstrations, facilitate hands-on practice, and assess student progress regularly.
• Offer mentorship focusing on technique refinement, presentation quality, consistency, and professional conduct.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety protocols, discipline, and maintain organized kitchen operations.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of curriculum, including workshops and specialized training initiatives.
• Support and guide junior instructors, while remaining current with emerging trends in the pastry industry.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of three years' professional experience in pastry and baking.
• Have prior instructional experience as a Pastry Chef Instructor or have served as a Head Pastry Chef.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in French and Italian pastry techniques.
• Exhibit excellent communication, demonstration capabilities, and mentoring aptitude.
• Experience in premium hospitality environments such as hotels, patisseries, or international kitchens is highly valued.
