About the Role
We are actively seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company's daily operations, enhance internal workflows, and drive sustainable business growth. This executive will collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure streamlined execution across all departments and to facilitate scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage daily operational activities across the organization.
- Supervise multiple departments including operations, finance, compliance, technology, human resources, and business support.
- Enhance internal processes, systems, standard operating procedures, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Support strategic initiatives for business scaling, market expansion, and long-term planning.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and compliance standards.
- Lead senior management teams and promote interdepartmental collaboration.
- Communicate critical operational results and progress to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Required Qualifications
- Over 20 years of experience in management or executive leadership roles.
- Expertise or background in financial services, fintech, banking, investment, digital assets, or related technology sectors is preferred.
- Proven track record managing teams and overseeing complex operational functions.
- Strong skills in leadership, project execution, communication, and decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and business development.
Preferred Credentials
- Prior positions such as COO, President of Operations, Managing Director, or Vice President of Operations.
- Experience in scaling organizations, refining systems, or expanding into new markets.
- International business exposure or fintech industry experience is advantageous.
