Clinical Research Associate

About the Role

Piper Companies seeks a Clinical Research Associate to support pharmaceutical clients in the United States. This fully remote role requires regional travel to clinical sites and focuses on non-oncology therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular, CNS, Diabetes, and GLP-1 clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform standard and advanced monitoring visits ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory policies, and GCP standards.
• Oversee site performance by evaluating enrollment trends, verifying data accuracy, and enforcing protocol compliance for multiple concurrent studies.
• Serve as the primary liaison for investigative sites, offering continuous support and resolving any study-related challenges.
• Assess clinical data and documentation to safeguard patient safety and maintain data integrity throughout the trial phases.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and sponsors to ensure study milestones are met and timelines maintained.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate, particularly with Cardiovascular, CNS, Diabetes, and GLP-1 clinical trials.
• Proven capability to independently monitor clinical studies and manage several sites simultaneously.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical trial methodologies.
• Experience liaising directly with sponsors or CROs in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% to 40% to meet job requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000.
