Role Purpose
The Commercial Operations Manager will oversee commercial administration, customer service, vendor and freelancer management, and coordinate operational delivery to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day shared services operations.
- Coordinate business development efforts within the region.
- Develop budgets, prepare Board documentation, and generate KPI reports.
- Handle treasury and banking coordination tasks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Nominee Director.
- Assist the Executive Director in executing Board decisions.
- Manage service agreements spanning multiple companies.
- Administer contracts and manage proposal and quotation processes.
- Supervise vendor and freelancer relationships.
- Coordinate delivery processes and manage customer invoicing support.
- Oversee operational and MIS reporting, including publishing reports.
- Plan funds and project cash flows effectively.
- Coordinate, execute, and follow up on accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Facilitate audit processes.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial operations, business process outsourcing, or project coordination roles.
- Educational qualifications include CA Inter or MBA with a focus on Accounting.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges from 2000 to 2250 AED monthly.
