Position Overview

This role is based at NMS Elgar House, Worcester (WR4 9EE). As a Community Payback Supervisor, you will lead small groups of offenders serving unpaid work sentences to give back to the community by engaging in practical tasks such as building benches, clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, litter picking, and graffiti removal. Your supervision supports People on Probation in making positive changes and contributing to community welfare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee and motivate groups undertaking community payback activities for up to 7 hours daily.
  • Ensure work is carried out efficiently and to expected standards while modeling good practices.
  • Drive service vehicles to transport participants or equipment as necessary (requires full UK manual driving licence).
