As part of the WeWork organization, Common Desk prioritizes hospitality, community-building, and weekly social events to combat workplace isolation and cultivate valuable professional networks.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Content Creator located onsite in Richardson, TX. The successful candidate will craft compelling written, visual, and multimedia materials that highlight Common Desk's workspaces, community, events, and brand identity across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content.
- Capture photos and videos around the workspace for promotional use.
- Create blog posts and email campaigns aligned with brand tone.
- Collaborate with marketing teams at local and corporate levels on diverse initiatives.
- Monitor content performance metrics and optimize output based on analytics and feedback.
- Support promotion of events, member stories, and produce on-site signage and materials to enhance community interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in creating and adapting clear, grammar-accurate written material for social media, blogs, emails, and print collateral while maintaining consistent brand voice.
- Experience with basic photography, videography, and video editing tailored for digital channels.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance optimization tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and transform community experiences into engaging content.
- Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple projects within fast-paced onsite settings.
- Genuine interest in hospitality, coworking, or community engagement, with a customer-centric storytelling approach.
- Skilled with creative and office software setups such as Canva, video editing applications, and standard productivity tools.
- Preferred but not required: background in marketing, communications, journalism, media, or related areas; portfolio showcasing past content creation is a plus.
