Position Summary
SBH Fashion is looking for a dynamic and innovative Content Marketing Manager to spearhead captivating brand storytelling across various digital platforms. This role involves designing and implementing creative content strategies aimed at boosting audience engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering customer loyalty.
Key Duties
- Formulate and implement a well-rounded content plan that reflects the brand and business goals.
- Produce original and captivating content tailored for social media, email marketing, websites, blogs, videos, and other digital media.
- Maintain and control the social media content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Spot and leverage cultural trends, new platforms, and inventive content opportunities to keep the brand ahead and unique.
- Lead the creation and supervision of photo, video, and lifestyle content that aligns with audience preferences.
- Collaborate with both internal departments and external creative partners to develop compelling campaigns and narratives.
- Oversee influencer marketing activities including identification, outreach, gifting, collaboration, and partnership management.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and advocates to widen the brand's reach and interaction.
- Track and analyze content effectiveness and social engagement data to refine strategies for future initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing, ecommerce, creative, and product teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and strategic business activities.
- Keep up-to-date on competitor actions and industry developments to continuously improve content approaches.
- Assist in managing budgets, scheduling content production, and coordinating with agencies or freelancers when necessary.
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 2 to over 5 years' proven experience within content marketing, social media management, influencer partnerships, brand marketing, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated talent for crafting engaging content that stimulates growth and enhances brand recognition.
- Strong visual sensibility with practical experience in producing photographic, video, and digital-centric content.
- Expert knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube as well as emerging social media channels.
- Experience collaborating with influencers, creators, ambassadors, and managing affiliate programs.
- Excellent skills in copywriting, storytelling, and effective communication.
- Highly organized, adept at managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
- Analytical approach to evaluating metrics and leveraging insights to optimize content strategies.
- Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand sectors.
- Strong enthusiasm for culture, trends, storytelling, and building vibrant brand communities.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 annually.
