About the Role
Karat & Carat Diamonds is inviting applications for the post of Counter Sales Executive primarily for female candidates aged between 18 and 45 years. This role requires individuals with outstanding communication abilities, a pleasing demeanor, and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and selling diamond and jewelry products.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate diamond and jewelry items.
- Convey detailed information about products including features, quality, prices, and promotions.
- Meet personal and store-wide sales objectives.
- Maintain the showroom’s visual presentation and product arrangement.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.
- Develop and sustain customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Keep the showroom tidy, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
- Participate in stock checks and assist with inventory control.
- Adhere to company guidelines and deliver excellent customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
- Female candidates between 18 and 45 years.
- Educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any graduate degree.
- Prior experience in retail sales, jewelry retail, or customer service is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Must exhibit confidence, positive attitude, and maintain a neat appearance.
