About the Company
Sterling Forever is a 10-year-old jewelry label expanding rapidly in the direct-to-consumer space. The brand offers pieces that deliver the look and feel of fine jewelry without the luxury price point, and it sells through its own website as well as major partners such as Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, TikTok Shop, Good Morning America, The View, and others.
The company is building a high-performing creator and performance creative engine within the jewelry category. It operates with a founder-led, fast-moving culture that values testing, speed, and measurable impact over corporate process.
Role Overview
The Creator & UGC Performance Manager will own the creator program end to end. This position goes beyond standard influencer management and includes recruiting creators, coaching them, developing scripts and concepts, reviewing and refining content, and helping generate paid social creative that supports major revenue growth.
The role is based in Boca Raton, Florida and is a full-time, in-office position. It is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. The selected candidate will work from the Boca Raton office Monday through Friday with the marketing and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete creator and UGC program for Sterling Forever.
- Source and onboard new creators on an ongoing weekly basis.
- Manage a growing portfolio of UGC creators, influencers, affiliates, and content partners.
- Maintain strong long-term creator relationships through frequent communication.
- Communicate across channels such as text, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, email, Slack, and phone.
- Develop UGC scripts, hooks, concepts, and creative briefs every day.
- Coach creators before production to improve ad performance.
- Evaluate all submitted content and share clear, practical feedback.
- Handle revision cycles until assets are ready for paid media use.
- Track trends in TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta creative formats.
- Propose fresh testing ideas on a weekly basis.
- Organize deliverables, timelines, and usage rights for creator content.
- Use creator management tools and outreach platforms such as Euka AI, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and similar systems.
- Support growth and optimization of the TikTok Shop affiliate program.
- Partner with the AI Performance Creative Strategist and Meta Media Buyer to identify top-performing creative and cut weak concepts quickly.
- Work with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers to continuously improve creative results.
- Contribute to building a top-tier creator program for the DTC jewelry market.
Working Style and Expectations
This is not a standard 9-to-5 role. Creator communication can happen at unusual hours, on weekends, and across multiple time zones. The position requires someone who is responsive, adaptable, and comfortable with a fast-paced creator marketing environment. Candidates who prefer to stop work sharply at the end of the day may not be a fit.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days, success should include more active creators producing content, faster creator turnaround times, stronger content quality, improved creator relationships, a steady flow of Meta-ready ads, and meaningful contribution to the brand’s creative growth.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience managing creators, influencers, affiliates, or UGC programs. Prior in-house experience with a consumer or DTC brand is important, along with a solid grasp of Meta advertising and performance creative. The role also calls for strong TikTok Shop experience, excellent writing ability, clear communication, and strong project management skills.
You should be comfortable coordinating dozens or even hundreds of creator relationships at once, giving direct and constructive feedback, and working in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is also expected.
Bonus Experience
Additional value will be given to candidates with experience using Euka AI or ShopMy, existing relationships with creators in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle, short-form video editing experience, and familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Motion. Experience working closely with Meta media buyers and knowledge of CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, ROAS, and MER will also be helpful.
Location Details
This role is based full time in Boca Raton, Florida, and the company is not considering remote or hybrid applicants. Daily in-person collaboration with the founder, marketing team, creative team, photographers, videographers, and media buyers is a core part of how the team operates.
