About the Role

Wendy’s is hiring a Crew Member to join its restaurant team in Tampa, Florida. This position is a key part of the store from the first day and focuses on delivering quality food, friendly service, and a clean, well-run environment.

What Success Looks Like

As a Crew Member, you’re expected to bring a positive attitude, support teammates and customers, and take initiative when something needs to be corrected. The role also requires following brand standards, preparing food properly, serving guests well, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be able to stay on their feet and remain active for most or all of a shift. The role also involves using restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, and grill.

Pay

The posted wage range is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
