Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you’ll help create a positive experience for guests while supporting day-to-day restaurant operations. The position requires a helpful attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to step in and resolve issues when something needs attention.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly support to customers and teammates throughout the shift.
- Prepare food, serve guests, and help keep service moving smoothly.
- Follow company standards and procedures to maintain quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Use restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, and grill.
- Stay on your feet and remain active for most or all of the shift.
- Help correct problems when situations do not meet expectations.
Requirements
- Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Be eager to learn and contribute wherever needed.
- Be willing to stand and move for most, if not all, of the shift.
- Be comfortable working with common restaurant equipment.
- Follow brand guidelines while preparing food and maintaining a clean workspace.

Pay
The expected pay range is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.
