CRM & Content Assistant

About the Role

We are offering an exciting position for a motivated and detail-focused individual to become part of Soho Home's expanding marketing team. This role involves assisting in the coordination, development, and execution of email marketing campaigns and producing engaging website content tailored for various markets. Collaborating closely with Ecommerce and Creative teams, you will contribute to upholding a sophisticated online customer experience while supporting key commercial aims.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the complete lifecycle of email marketing campaigns and website content creation and deployment.
• Create precise emails in the CRM platform, ensuring accuracy of product details and links relevant to specific local audiences.
• Assist the CRM & Content Executive in developing on-site content such as homepages, landing pages, editorials, and seasonal image updates.
• Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to manage marketing communication products, confirming inventory availability or arranging pre-orders.
• Facilitate the email and homepage approval workflows by producing and maintaining mock-ups using Figma and organizing marketing materials and copy while maintaining tracking records.
• Conduct testing of email campaigns across multiple devices before launch.
• Help manage the alignment between email marketing and website content to ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey.
• Assist with weekly campaign analytics and utilize Contentsquare for actionable insights.
• Perform regular website reviews to verify the availability of featured products in images and carousels across markets.
• Identify website bugs and improvement opportunities, coordinating with the product development team on fixes and testing.
• Contribute to the visual merchandising of the website.
• Provide support for seasonal and special marketing initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in marketing, CRM, content management, or ecommerce support roles.
• Strong understanding of online marketing and ecommerce principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities to deliver quality outcomes.
• Competence in managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines within a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical approach with comfort in handling data.
• Effective communication skills, teamwork, and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ometria CRM platform.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of design tools like Figma.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS coding.
• Experience using Google Analytics and Contentsquare.
• Interest in interiors, homeware, design, or luxury retail sectors.
