Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Remote Curriculum Manager to lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of educational and training programs. This position involves managing curriculum development projects and ensuring learning content is engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, evaluation, and continuous updating of curriculum for educational courses and training initiatives.

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone, or Docebo.
  • Understanding of instructional design frameworks like ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy alongside adult learning theories.
  • Strong leadership, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Preferred skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-learning content creation tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
