Baytonia is actively seeking a courteous and professional individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative, dedicated to delivering excellent customer support.
Role Responsibilities
- Address customer queries promptly through phone calls, messages, and social media platforms.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on their concerns and feedback.
- Manage complaints effectively, providing appropriate resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests seamlessly.
- Keep detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills paired with effective problem-solving abilities.
- A good command of English language.
- Capability to perform well under pressure and in team settings.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is considered a plus.
