About ProDrive PTO & Hydraulics
ProDrive PTO & Hydraulics specializes in supplying power take-off (PTO) systems, hydraulic components, and parts for commercial on-highway trucks. The company is also pioneering developments in electric PTO technology. Operating as a compact and agile team in Mississauga, we are currently seeking a dedicated Shipper/Receiver to enrich our workforce.
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic individual eager to advance beyond a traditional warehouse role. This position offers hands-on experience as a Shipper/Receiver with the potential to grow into customer service and inside sales within 6 to 12 months. You will engage in multiple facets of the operation, providing a comprehensive understanding of our business and opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, select, pack, and dispatch orders effectively
- Prepare shipments destined for locations across Canada and the United States, including handling bills of lading and customs documentation
- Ensure precise inventory management and maintain the organization of the warehouse
- Provide customer assistance via phone and in-person at the counter when required
- Support order processing and overall operational tasks
- Adapt to varied tasks within a small team environment, embracing a versatile role
Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving, able to operate shipping functions with minimal instruction
- Familiarity with basic hand tools; experience with hydraulics, automotive, or equipment is advantageous
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of following procedures accurately
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, using equipment or assistance for heavier loads
- Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable engaging with customers or motivated to develop these skills
- Forklift operating experience is preferred

Additional Details
- Compensation: $24 to $26 per hour
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: On-site in Mississauga, Ontario
- Start Date: August 1, 2026
- Employment Type: Full-time
