About the Role
This position involves providing customer assistance through both voice and chat communication channels. The job requires working from the company office located in Gurgaon with a structured schedule and focused emphasis on delivering quality customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing customer inquiries efficiently by offering accurate solutions.
- Maintaining a positive and effective customer service interaction to enhance overall satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
- Strong communication abilities in English.
Terms & Conditions
- Location: Gurgaon office.
- Work schedule: Six working days each week with one rotational weekly off.
- Shifts: Rotational shift system.
- Compensation ranges from 18,000 to 22,000 INR per month (CTC).
