Job Overview
Moneylicious Investments and Consulting Services is seeking a Customer Support Executive based in Andheri East, Mumbai. The primary responsibility is to address and resolve customer inquiries via phone communication, without any sales targets or pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns through calls efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in both Hindi and English languages is essential.
- Must hold a graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- NISM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Applicants with knowledge or experience in the stock market will be given preference.
