Job Overview
We are urgently recruiting Customer Support Executives for Q-Connect Business Solution located in Kolkata. This role operates onsite with voice-based support duties.
Job Responsibilities and Role Details
- Handle incoming voice support interactions professionally.
- Communicate effectively to resolve customer queries.
- Adhere to shift timings as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Passed 12th grade.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Bengali languages.
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Age between 18 to 35 years.
Employment Conditions
- Location: Work from office in Kolkata.
- 30 vacancies available.
- Shifts for females: Any 8 hours between 7 am and 8 pm.
- Shifts for males: Rotational 24x7 shifts.
- Monthly salary: INR 10,500 to 12,500 net in hand, plus incentives and Provident Fund.
