About the Role
We are representing a well-established multinational manufacturing company seeking to expand their IT systems support team as they grow in 2026. The organization is looking for a passionate Support Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV to ensure the smooth operation of their core ERP systems and to aid in the deployment of additional functionality.
This position offers membership in a collaborative team with a positive company culture and excellent prospects for career advancement. The role is mostly office-based in Cheshire with some opportunities for remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting and support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV environments.
- Ensuring support requests and tickets are evaluated and resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Participating in project activities including gathering requirements, performing analysis, conducting testing, and delivering training.
- Delivering high-quality support to users both on-site and remotely.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience providing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV systems.
- Strong 1st and 2nd line support abilities, including problem diagnosis, issue triage, resolution, and handover procedures.
- Competence in analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and facilitating user training on system functionalities and updates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with end users in a professional environment.
