About The Role
We are looking for a proficient Data Analyst to join our Client Service Team based in North Sydney, NSW. This full-time permanent position starting August 2026, reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a critical role in converting raw data into meaningful insights that enhance operational effectiveness, improve client service, and assist strategic decision-making throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is a mid-level data professional passionate about problem-solving through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, cleanse, and analyze datasets from diverse platforms such as CRM, finance systems, and client feedback tools.
- Create and sustain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators focused on client service, operational efficiency, and company growth.
- Detect trends, patterns, and irregularities to provide actionable insights to the Operations Manager and senior leadership.
- Offer ad-hoc analytical support to client service teams aimed at enhancing response rates, client satisfaction, and retention.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to establish data requirements and standardize reporting procedures.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks and enhance data accuracy across systems.
- Communicate analysis outcomes effectively to stakeholders without technical backgrounds through data visualization tools.
Requirements
- Experience of 2 to 4 years in data analysis roles, ideally within professional services, B2B, or service provider sectors.
- Strong command of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Proficient with data visualization software like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including power queries, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, along with Google Analytics.
- Basic familiarity with Python or R is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for transforming complex data into clear business insights.
