About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team remotely, contributing to data-driven insights across the JobMint AI platform. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about working with data and keen on expanding their analytical skills in a collaborative, AI-powered setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from diverse product and user activity sources.
- Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and uncover insights.
- Designing dashboards and reports utilizing data visualization tools.
- Assisting with the development of fundamental data models.
- Helping assess performance metrics for AI-enhanced product features.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Documenting analyses clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities with a solid foundation in data analytics techniques for exploring datasets and drawing insights.
- Knowledge of statistics to facilitate hypothesis testing, performance assessment, and data evaluations.
- Basic understanding of data modeling principles for organizing information and supporting model creation.
Who Should Apply
- Freshers or recent graduates (classes of 2024, 2025, or 2026) holding degrees in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
