Role Overview
The Data Analyst position is a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. This role involves gathering, cleansing, and analyzing data pertaining to job applications, candidate performance, and platform engagement. The aim is to deliver practical insights through reports and dashboards that support data-driven decisions across product and operations teams. The analyst will identify trends to enhance user experience and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle large datasets by collecting, cleaning, and validating data to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with various departments to define meaningful metrics and KPIs.
- Create and maintain insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Present analysis and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to optimizing analytical workflows and overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in data analytics and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts for hypothesis testing and data validation.
- Experience in data modeling to organize data effectively for analysis and reporting.
- Proficient communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience handling extensive real-world data in a business or product environment is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and pay close attention to details in a dynamic setting.
