Data Analytics Lead

Job Overview

The Data Analytics Lead will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, automation, cross-department collaboration, as well as leading and developing the analytics team. This role requires a strong background in data science, excellent project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboard systems to support business decisions.
• Enhance and streamline data collection and management workflows for efficiency.
• Automate reporting processes and analytical tasks to improve productivity.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to identify data and reporting requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and optimized solutions for business challenges.
• Lead and manage a team with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Provide coaching and team development to enhance performance.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree in Data Science, IT, Economics, or related fields is mandatory.
• Experience of 5 to 6 years as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or equivalent roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Strong project management capabilities and stakeholder management skills across departments and leadership levels.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities complemented by strong presentation skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership, including training and development skills.
• Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Google Analytics, E-commerce operations.
• Experience in Data Warehousing and Data Engineering is advantageous.
• Good English reading comprehension for technical documents.

Working Hours and Location

• Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
• One Saturday per month is included as a working day.
• Workplace is at the company's office located at 167 Tran Nao, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
