• Lead integration projects to ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Stay up to date with emerging industry technologies to continually advance data architecture methodologies.
• Mentor junior data professionals, providing guidance on best practices and technical skills.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the company.
• Analyze and document current data architecture and modifications.
• Establish future data reference architecture detailing entities, relationships, and standards.
• Identify shortcomings in data architecture and enterprise-wide data designs.
• Define detailed data elements, their interrelations, theories, services, and procedures.
• Specify requirements for data exchange and system integration.
• Outline data needs for various solutions and services.
• Design data architecture and assist with technical integration throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain data-related principles, standards, and frameworks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology.
• Comprehensive understanding of data management and governance frameworks.
• Experience working with data management tools and products.
• Proven track record in leading a data management team.
• Awareness of aligning data strategies with business and operational goals.
• Knowledge of applicable technical and national regulations and standards, with the ability to implement them.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships.
• Capability to evaluate compliance and prepare required documentation.
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods.
• Possession of TOGAF 9 Certified Enterprise Architect qualification.
