About The Role
Invicta Software is looking for a meticulous and proactive Data Entry Analyst to enhance our team. This position plays a vital part in ensuring data accuracy and reliability, which supports essential business decisions and operations. Key Objectives
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, verifying, and ensuring the precision of data across various platforms. Your outputs will influence the quality of reporting and operational effectiveness, enabling teams to make well-informed decisions based on trustworthy data.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within company databases and systems.
- Review and verify data completeness and correctness, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to collect and validate data requirements.
- Create and analyze reports to aid business insights and promote operational enhancements.
- Protect data confidentiality and security as per company standards.
- Contribute to developing and refining data entry procedures and tools.
- Assist with special data-related requests and projects assigned by the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education such as an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in data entry or management roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with database systems is preferred.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
