About The Role
CodeVertex Careers seeks a Data Entry Specialist to ensure precise data management, timely record updates, quality documentation, and efficient remote workflows. This position is essential for maintaining organized, trustworthy internal data that supports business operations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records within internal databases, spreadsheets, and workflows.
- Assess submitted data to confirm completeness, proper formatting, and eliminate duplicates.
- Systematically organize digital files and keep documentation aligned with company standards.
- Effectively communicate the progress of tasks, missing information, or exceptions to team leadership.
- Safeguard all customer, applicant, business, and operational data with strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail, organized approach, reliable communication, and dependability.
- Capability to work independently from a remote environment with accountability and consistent follow-up.
- Comfortable operating within a structured organizational framework.
- Proficient in managing documentation, maintaining records, handling various systems, and operational duties with accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and adherence to established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting remote teams or handling documentation-heavy processes.
- Familiarity with common office software including spreadsheets, email platforms, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems relevant to the role.
- Ability to sustain accuracy and consistency across repetitive tasks and integrated systems.
