Role overview
This position focuses on advancing and running Human Performance Analytics solutions. The role blends data integration, statistical modelling, and dashboard creation to turn complex datasets into practical insights that support decisions and improve operational results.
What you will do
- Build and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows.
- Work with physiological and operational data to uncover trends and patterns.
- Create, test, and refine analytical models for business use.
- Develop dashboards and visualisations that make findings easy to understand.
- Combine data from several sources, such as utilisation and training records.
- Convert analysis into clear recommendations that can be acted on.
- Assist with testing, validation, and ongoing enhancement of models.
