Role Overview

The Delivery Consultant works closely with clients to maximize the benefits derived from Trility's services by deeply understanding client business needs and effectively applying expertise to projects from the outset. This role ensures delivery teams consistently provide measurable value by connecting business priorities with technological solutions.

Work Conditions

This position is a remote opportunity available as either W2 or 1099 employment. Applicants must reside in specific states within the United States (Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Delaware, North Carolina, Ohio, and Utah) and be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Convert client needs into practical project workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence, with experience in estimation, planning, prioritization, and release management.

Technical Delivery and Analytical Approach

• Apply agile principles and methodologies to lead and develop full lifecycle software products.
• Utilize an analytical mindset underpinned by data and facts to support decisions and recommendations.
• Ensure effective conclusion of projects by integrating lessons learned for future improvements.

Client Interaction and Team Collaboration

• Define success criteria alongside clients and Client Partners and develop plans to achieve them.
• Collaborate regularly with Client Partners to understand project opportunities and risks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and team members.
• Drive project backlog development and oversee the completion of tasks when applicable.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in Agile program or project management and/or software product management.
• Adept at understanding client strategic plans, roadmaps, challenges, and objectives.
• Effective in engaging with both high-level client leaders and detailed project contributors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust, rapport, and a positive client reputation.
