Delivery Driver

Role Overview

As a Delivery Driver at GSF Car Parts, you serve as a key representative of the company, delivering automotive parts directly to customers while maintaining outstanding customer service. Your contributions help drive the overall success of our high-performing team and uphold the company's brand by engaging positively with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport products to customer locations within a 40-mile radius of the branch
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times
• Provide feedback to the branch on customer interactions and competitor activities
• Properly load the delivery vehicle following established procedures
• Collect returned items from customers as needed
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and safety checks
• Support warehouse operations as required
• Assist with deliveries between branches when necessary

Work Schedule

Typical workweek includes an average of 41 hours from Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays on duty.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points
• At least three years of driving experience
• Strong familiarity with the area within a 40-mile radius surrounding the branch
• Previous experience in a delivery driver role is preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain punctuality
• A customer-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed expectations
